HCFA-WA welcomes Dr. Nancy Connolly to discuss the ways that our healthcare system can help to address the underlying forces that trap people in homelessness.
Dr. Nancy Connolly is an Internal Medicine/Primary Care doctor with training in Integrative Medicine, Infectious Disease and Addiction. Following 10 years in a conventional primary care practice, she has spent the last 4 working for the University of Washington in the Harborview downtown programs. In this capacity she has partnered with homeless service providers including DESC, Compass Housing, Pioneer Human Services and the King County Health Care for the Homeless Network caring for people who are chronically homeless.
